Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Essam El Gazzar met with members of the Real Estate Export Council to discuss mechanisms of propelling the exportation of properties, especially that Egypt’s real estate sector has witnessed a strong expansion over the past phase.
In a statement released by the Housing Minister, Gazzar said members of the Real Estate Export Council have floated proposals and visions to encourage the export of real estate and reviewed the points of strength in such sector. They, also, reviewed a set of hardships facing such sector and means of resolving them, he added. The minister asserted that Egypt is a promising real estate investment market in view of the unprecedented progress in the construction and real estate sectors sponsored by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, citing the latest development of shanty areas and the total revamp of Old Cairo and other national projects. |
