Planning Minister Hala el Saeed said Kemet Boutros Ghali Foundation focuses on developing cooperation with the African countries.
The foundation also collaborates with governmental and non-governmental bodies to achieve their goals as well as encouraging outstanding researchers in the fields of peace and legal law. Saeed, who doubles as the head of the foundation's consultative body, made the remarks during the foundation's annual forum. The minister appreciated Kemet Boutros Ghali's efforts, noting that the foundation reflects Dr. Boutros Ghali's distinguished contribution to the issues of his homeland and humanity. The foundation believes in values of dialogue, peace building, cultural diversity, and the importance of science and scientific research to achieve these goals, she added. |
