The Trade and Industry Ministry has started implementing an “Arab Africa Trade Bridges” (AATB) program in Egypt.
Launched by the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), the AATB program should start in December 2020 and end in September 2021. It aims to support exporters and encourage efforts to tap new promising markets in Africa, said Trade and Industry Minister Nevine Gamae in a statement The Export Development Authority (EDA) will be tasked with implementing the AATB program in Egypt in cooperation with the ITFC, export councils and the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), Gamae added. |
