The cabinet, led by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, approved on Wednesday a draft decision by the premier concerning amending some provisions of the statute of the Sovereign Fund of Egypt for investment and development (SFE) under the cabinet decree no. 555 of 2019.
The Sovereign Fund of Egypt was established in 2018 to attract private investments to Egypt and promote and co-invest in state-owned assets to maximize their value and efficiency for the Egyptian economy. |
