Preparatory meetings at the level of experts kicked off to arrange for the second session of the Joint Egyptian-Iraqi Committee.
The meetings are chaired by the Egyptian Ministry of International Cooperation and the Iraqi Trade Ministry and aim to boost efforts with the objective of developing bilateral relations between Egypt and Iraq in accordance with directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi. The two-day meetings of experts are held ahead of the convocation of preparatory meetings at the level of ministers under the chairmanship of Minister of International Cooperation Rania el Mashat and Iraqi Trade Minister Atheer Al Ghurairy. The meetings will conclude with holding the joint higher committee under the presidency of the premiers of the two countries, which will witness signing several joint cooperation documents. Egyptian and Iraqi experts will discuss many joint cooperation files and documents for promoting cooperation that are expected to be inked on all fronts to enhance joint development efforts in both countries. |
