Qualification Any company interested to participate in the Bidding Process shall be required to address an Application Letter to The corporation and submit certain qualification documents not later than 4/6/2005. The corporation will study and evaluate all Applications according to its Guidelines and procedures for public Bidding and will deliver its decision, in writing, to all qualified companies/consortia (the “Bidders”) not later than 18/6/2005; applicants currently operating in Libya are exempted from qualification requirements. Opening of Bids and the announcement of the Winner Bidders are required to submit their Bids in a sealed envelop, delivered by hand, between 08:00 am and 10:00 am on 2/10/2005 (the “Bid Opening Date”). A Bid opening ceremony will be conducted in public and in the presence of the legal representatives of the Bidders on the Bid Opening Date. Except for a single Bidder or in case of a draw, the winning Bidder will be announced at the end of the session. Signature Date Signing of the EPSA is expected during the first half of November, 2005. |
