Scope | Zueitina Oil Company intends to issue the above mentioned tender and wish to invite for pre-qualification interested, experienced Companies. Zueitina operations emit air pollutants (SO2, NOX, PM, CO, NMHC etc.) into atmosphere. At present there is no monitoring system to demonstrate compliance with regard to emissions. The objective of this audit is to survey, identify and measure the level of Air pollutant (Source emissions & Ambient air quality) occurring at various locations in each field and assess the risk it possess to the health of employees and environment during normal operations and maintenance. The results of this audit findings and measures shall be submitted with recommendations of the best option of Air Quality Monitoring Stations, which is suitable for ZUE sites, as well as the suitable location where this Air Quality Monitoring Stations shall be installed. Also the software to be used. The Contractor shall clearly describe in their proposal the full details of the methodology for completing each part of the work and provide information on any specifications, protocols, guidelines etc. that would be applied or used in the audit analysis. Interested companies to submit a complete file including all requirements Prequalification Requirements: 1. Letter on Company's letterhead Addressed to the "Bids Committee Coordinator stating expression of interest. 2. Company Legal Registration documents, Tax department declaration. And details of Branch Office, Representative or Agent in Libya. 3. Company Profile and past experience. 4. Submission of Financial Status document of the Company turnover for the last 3 years and the Organization Chart. Documents containing the above stated requirements shall be submitted in envelopes to the Bids committee coordinator at the sixth flour of Zueitina oil company main building in sidi issa street Tripoli - Libya. 5. Zueitina oil company has the right to exclude any file dose not meet the a/m requirements. All communications must be with company’s authorized person |
