Egyptian Company Exports its Silica Sodium to Turkey

Egyptian Company for Intermediate Industries starting to export its silica sodium to Turkey at an initial rate of 1,000 tons monthly, valued at $ 3.2 million annually. This is the first time that an Egyptian Co. exports sodium silicate to Turkey. On his side, Executive Director of Silica Egypt, Mr. Amer Mahmoud Amer, revealed that other similar export deals were concluded with other Turkish companies, which are expected to increase annual sodium silicate exports to Turkey to 24,000 tons. Meanwhile, Silica Egypt said it is now planning to install new production lines at its Industrial Complex in Shebin El Kom, in Menoufiya Governorate.
