Contract Signed for an Egyptian Qatari Italian Project

Contract was signed for an Egyptian Qatari Italian project to produce steel rebars in Beni Suif Governorate under L.E. 1.3 billion investments. That was reported in the media indicating the consortium groups Cairo based IIC (of Mr. Ahmed Abu Hashima), Danielly Co. of Italy and a Qatari investor identified and Mr. Mohamed Bin Sahim AL Thani. It will occupy 500,000 M2 land and involves an annual design capacity of 1 million tons. Project is scheduled to enter the production phase in 18 months.
