Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri held a ministerial meeting on 23/2/2012 to follow up the developments of Toshka and Sharq Al-Owainat projects located in the New Valley governorate. The meeting was attended by the ministers of electricity, irrigation and agriculture and governor of the New Valley.The meeting took up the outcome of previous meetings held on the same issue and reasons for the reluctance of investors to invest in those two areas, said Agriculture Minister Mohamed Reda Ismail following the meeting.
