Yemeni Prime Minister Mohammed Salim Basandowa has received the outgoing UAE ambassador to Yemen Abdullah Matar Al Mazroui, who call on at the end of his tenure. Basandowa hailed the role of the UAE envoy in boosting bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries. Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Yemeni Shura Council Abdul Rahman Mohammed Othman during the meeting with Al Mazroui, hailed his efforts in enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields during his stay in Sana'a. He also discussed the historic ties between the peoples and leaders of the UAE and Yemen, wishing that cooperation fields would witness further development and progress through the joint committees. He also wished the ambassador good luck and success in his new mission. He also conveyed greetings to Mohammed Ahmed Al-Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council (FNC).
