Yahiya Hamed: Investors’ Funds are Intact

Minister of Investment Yahiya Hamed send a message of assurance to foreign investors in Egypt, saying the government will not allow the investments, whether foreign, Arab or local, to be harmed.

Addressing a conference on available and new finance mechanisms for small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs), organized by the Egyptian Business Development Association, the Hamid said the key to achieving high growth rates is the private sector investments and paying more attention to SMEs.

He added that luring more national and foreign capital and working out a clear investment strategy and removing the obstacles impeding investment are needed.
