Prime Minister, Dr. Hazem El-Beblawi said that the government discusses rescheduling governmental debts with foreign companies.
Beblawi pointed out that the settlement of these debts reaching nearly USD 7 billion encourages these companies to inject fresh investments in Egypt with the value of nearly EGP 15 billion during the next five years. PM Beblawi stressed that the government is exerting efforts to achieve industrial and commercial progress through implementing projects that support needs of governorates and provide jobs for youths. Operating first gas unit of Banha power station with solar energy not natural gas. Minister of Electricity and Energy, Eng. Ahmad Emam on Saturday 09/11/2013 said that the ministry succeeded to operate the first gas unit of Banha power plant with a capacity of 250 megawatts, with the use of solar energy instead of natural gas. |
