Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, has awarded the best RTA service providers in recognition of their contribution to supporting RTA efforts to make several key achievements in the field of public transport and infrastructure among others.
The event, which was held in RTA’s Auditorium, was attended by a host of CEOs, Directors of the RTA as well as representatives of firms and entities providing services to the RTA. During the event, Al Tayer honoured the best service providers of the RTA in 2014, and reiterated RTA’s commitment to enhance bilateral relations and joint cooperation with private sector entities considering them strategic partners in supporting RTA’s efforts in implementing various projects. He indicated that such awards came in recognition of the efforts made by various firms and entities which had made excellent contributions towards realizing RTA’s aspirations and objectives in 2014. Saeed Al Marri, Director of RTA’s Contracts and Procurement, said, "The open gathering with representatives of companies and entities dealing with the RTA held by the Contracts and Procurement Department, adds to the existing bilateral cooperation towards achieving higher levels of advancement, and enhancing the profile of the Dubai as a premier and leading economic and business hub in the region." |
