President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted the importance of implementing projects to develop Egyptian ports particularly that related to the economic zone of the Suez Canal.
This will contribute to achieving development in Egypt and the Middle East in the next two decades, said the president at a meeting with Ahmed Darwish, who chairs the general authority of the Suez Canal economic zone and the army's Engineering Authority chief Kamel al-Wazir. A general plan to upgrade the ports of Sokhna and Adabiya were reviewed during the meeting, said presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef. |
