 The Egyptian government will introduce amendments to the residency law allowing foreign investors to get a five-year residency permit after making a foreign currency deposit, Cabinet spokesman Hossam el Qawish said.
The bill also allows investors to request the Egyptian citizenship after five years, he added. The value of the deposit has not yet been determined, Qawish said. |
