Foreign investors purchased AED1.2 billion worth of shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and sold AED1.1 billion, DFM said.
Net foreign investment on the market reached AED118.9 million, as aggregate buy. Value of shares bought by foreigner investors comprised 50.2 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the last five days, while value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period represented 45.3 per cent of stocks traded during the period, a DFM press release said on the market activities for the current week. The value of stocks bought by institutional investors reached AED938.5 million comprising 38.8 per cent of the total value of stocks traded. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached AED853.9 million which constitutes 35.3 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the week. Net institutional investment on the market stood at AED84.7 million during the period, as aggregate buy. |
