 The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced an increase in the foreign currency reserve by 2.1 billion dollars in January to reach 26.3 billion dollars against 24.2 billion dollars in December 2016.
Bankers attributed the increase to four billion dollars received by CBE after auctioning bonds on the international markets during the last week of January. |
