Export Unit Value Index in Abu Dhabi up to 87.3 percent in Q2

The Export Unit Value Index in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi was up to 87.3 percent during Q2, a growth of 7.6 percent from 81.2 percent during the same period in 2017, according to Statistics Centre- Abu Dhabi (SCAD).

In the meantime, the Import Unit Value Index likewise increased to 108.7 percent during the same monitored period from 103.4 percent as compared to the same period last year.

The statistics provide an analysis of the results of the calculation Import-Export Unit Value Index (MXUVI) for Q2 with the base year 2014 according to the "Harmonized System"

sections and the classification of "broad economic categories".

The United Arab Emirates is one of the developed countries that has established its position on the global trade map
