Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said that a plan by the Environment Ministry to counter the black cloud over Greater Cairo and the Delta region is bearing positive results.
Reports from Yasmine Fouad, the Environment Minister, clearly indicate an increase in harvest over the past three weeks to 54 percent compared with 40 percent during the same period last year. This is a positive sign, the premier said, also pointing to a decline in fires and an improvement in weather conditions. |
