Boursa Kuwait kicked off the new week trades with the All Share Market Index gaining 124 points and settling at the level of 5,676.5 points, climbing by 2.2 percent.
Volume o traded shares under the upper index stood at 181.15 million shares, in 8,803 spot transactions, valued at KD 53.4 million (USD 181.5 million). Main Market Index rose 18.08 points reaching the level of 4,685.3 points, by 0.39 percent, in share volume amounting to 69.8 million stocks, in 2,697 spot deals, valued at KD 4.5 million (USD 15.3 million). Meanwhile, the Premier Market Index climbed 175.17 points to the level of 175.07 points, 2.9 percent, in share volume amounting to 111.2 million stocks, done in 6,109 transactions, valued at KD 48.8 million (USD 165.9 million). |
