Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment Mounir Fakhri Abdel Nour met on 8/4/2014 with stock market community members, including brokers, investment funds representatives and stock market associations, in the presence of Egypt Exchange Chairman Dr. Mohamed Omran and Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority Chairman Sherif Sami.
Omran said the meeting is organized by the Egyptian Capital Market Association as part of the regular meetings with the stock market community members. The meeting took up means of activating the bourse and luring in new investments. They also discussed challenges facing the stock market and ideas to stimulate it. |
