Manpower Minister Nahid Ashri has formed a crisis management committee that will be entrusted with providing jobs to the Egyptian workers returning from Libya.
Ashri will chair the committee that will have members from the Federation of Egyptian Industries, chambers of commerce, tourist agencies and construction contractors. The Ministries of Manpower, Social Solidarity and Youth, the associations of businessmen and investors and the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI) agreed on Tuesday to coordinate to provide jobs to the youth and Egyptians returning from Libya. The three ministries will be provided with powers to re-employ the Egyptian workers returning from Libya. |
