Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil said Egypt comes in first place worldwide in dried date production, which reached 1.5 million tons in 2013.
In a press release on Friday, the minister asserted the importance of providing all required support for the date industry in order to boost its quality and quantity as well as exports to the international markets. |
