A total sum of 3.252 billion EGP has been allocated for North Sinai in the 2016/17 fiscal year, Governor Al-Sayed Abdel-Fattah Harhour said.
As part of the allocation, 2.2 billion from the housing ministry for social housing projects, Harhour told a meeting of the executive council of the governorate. He ordered senior officials to follow up the implementation of projects, citing similar directives from the prime minister in this regard. Among the projects are two water plants under construction and three central hospitals. The governor asked the officials also to periodically inspect services provided to citizens. |
