 Head of the General Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce Ahmed el Wakil signed a memorandum of understanding with President of the Association of German Chambers of Commerce Eric Schweitzer to boost economic cooperation between the two countries.
The MoU is meant to facilitate joint trade and economic cooperation in several spheres and put mechanisms for economic cooperation, he added in exclusive statements to MENA. "We have intensive cooperation with Egypt and we agreed to promote bilateral cooperation in the field of vocation training and promote German investments in Egypt," he added. He further underlined the importance of trade cooperation with Egypt, which is a promising country and open to foreign investments. This came on the sidelines of the visit of an Egyptian economic delegation in Berlin to discuss aspects of Egyptian-German economic cooperation. |
