| Scope | The company invites bids for maintenance support services for oil movement and measurement facilities. The Services shall include the provision of qualified, experienced and skilled personnel, Vehicles, tools, Equipment and facilities, all as described in the Contract for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance of the Company's Oil Movement and Measurement facilities which include, not by way of limitation, all the rotating and static machinery and plant and its associated equipment used for the oil measurement, storage, transmission and supply installations for oil, related instrumentation and control systems within the Company's Facilities or as directed from time to time, all as more particularly described in the Contract. The Contractor shall utilise its personnel, Vehicles, tools, Equipment and facilities under this Contract to perform the Services as directed and guided by the Company's authorised representatives. The Contractor shall ensure efficient utilization of its supervision and field resources and shall comply with the maintenance schedules. The Contractor’s personnel, Vehicles, tools, Equipment and facilities are required to perform maintenance and calibration activities including scheduled preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting, and breakdown repairs as well as construction works required to modify, refurbish, redesign or change any existing installation to improve its quality or maintainability and some other construction works related to rehabilitation of any of the damaged/obsolete facilities which the Company may deem significant/strategic/critical for its operation. |
