| Scope | The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Transportation Services, Supply of Vehicles. 1. The Scope of Services comprises of the following: Part A:,,Provision of Transportation Services and Supply of Vehicles, which include, but not limited to (i) supply of light vehicles (salon cars, station wagons, pick-ups, vans, etc.) on hire basis, without drivers and fuel, and (ii) Transportation Services involving hire of light vehicles with drivers and fuel. Part B:,,Provision of In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) Services, which includes supply/installation of IVMS devices in light vehicles and setting-up relevant tracking system for remote monitoring of vehicles and drivers. 2. The above-mentioned Services are required at various QatarEnergy locations (Mesaieed, Dukhan, Ras Laffan and Doha). 3. It may be noted that the Tender includes Split Award provision. Tenderers may participate in both or any of Part A or Part B of Tender, mentioned above. 4. The value of the Tender Bond shall be QAR 2,500,000.00 for Part A and QAR 130,000.00 for Part B of Tender. |
